Nak kurus bukan macam magic. Effort tu sangat penting. From day 1 simpan azam, now tifa dah exercise dengan konsisten. Mula mula tak larat. Buat 15 minit then lost focus. 2nd day nekad nsk tambah kepada 30 minit. Dapat jugak. Then 1 jam. Walaupun tak de masa tifa dah disiplinkan diri untuk 15 minit per day supaya tak tinggal workout. So far tak mengah and i'm sweat on the 3rd day. So azam mesti kuat. Cuba untuk reach target. We will see the result in 30 days kay ?
