Tenkyu !! Ramadhan telah menghilangkan perut buncitku.


Yeee Haaa…….
Perut Tifa yang sebelum puasa buncit sudah kempis ….kesan daripada makan tahap Gaban.
Bulan Ramadhan telah menyedarkan Tifa untuk makan berpada pada .
Bulan biasa makan tak ingat kiri kanan.
My hubby pun berat badan dah turun . Walaupun Tifa tak ikat pun perut dia.
Terasa perbezaannya.
Seluar lama my hubby semua dah muat .
Baju kerja pun dah muat balik .
Tak yah membazir. Tak yah pergi slimming centre .
Hari tu beria ria nak pergi tapi simpan dahulu dalam hati.
Lagipun nafsu nak makan bulan puasa ni tak lah beria sangat .
Sebelum berbuka memanglah.Dah berbuka tiada nafsu.

Masa bulan puasa makan tak adalah  nak tahan tahan .
Lagipun kami makan kat rumah , boleh tahu berapa banyak kalori yang kami ambil.
Tapi Tifa nampak bulan puasa ni makan ikut time ikut waktu .
Walaupun makan nasi, tapi berat badan dah okey balik .
Gembira nak pakai baju raya ni.
Tak sabar betul .

Walaupun begitu , untuk mengelakkan daripada berat badan naik balik,
Daripada beli perabot untuk raya , Tifa telah membeli  basikal yang tak  boleh bergerak.
Kayuhlah macam mana pun , still tak boleh nak gerak .
My hubby cakap “orang raya beli furniture, dia beli alat exercise”
Senyum ajerlah. Kenang  fikir jauh ke depan . Ingat orang tersayang .
Hadiah for my hubby yang selalu nak bagi macam macam alasan untuk tidak exercise.
Tanda saying katakana.
Chayyok semogai  berat maintain walaupun dah cecah umur 3 series nanti . Amin.

Tip mau kurus...

Semua orang mau kurus....
Rasa sudah gemuk plak hai.
Mana taknya sedap makan , kerja rumah tak buat. Ada orang tolong buatkan. Till this week sahaja jadi queen .
Next week start balik dengan rutin biasa.
So no worry but stilk have to control.
Muka pun sudah naik tembam.
Kalau boleh, makan lebih untuk permulaan harj iaitu breakfast. Untuk tambah tenaga dan juga untuk membakar kalori. Hai lemak, tolonglah terbakar dengan senangnya. Lemak tifa degil sikit.
Makan dengan kerap dalam jumlah yang sedikit. Orang kata makan kerap dapat elak kita makan banyak. Untuk alas perut.
Minum banyak air. Tanya la mana mana orang pun, mesti surub minum air banyak banyak. 8 gelas tu tak masuk air manis.
Nak snack pula better to tak sayur , buah ke ... Low calorie. Jajan tu bukan snack yang sihat. Reminder ni.
Jangan sekali kali ambil slimming pil ke laksatif ke untuk dapatkan result yang cepat. Takut sakit lain yang dapat nanti. Tak sian ke kat badan . Long term kita tak tau kan....
Exercise.... Key word yang bagussss....bakar lemak dan jey kepada weight loss. Tak ada jalan singkat untuk kurus.
Dont give up jalau berat tak turun. Yang penting sabar dan usaha lagi. Kalau bersalin tu jangan expect boleh turun dalam masa yang cepat. Depend pada orang. Makan untuk 9 bulan nak turun salam sebulan. Memang tak logik pun . Fikir fikirkanlah....

Macam mana nak handle PMS ? Part 2

For Cramps:
Prostaglandins stimulate the uterus to contract and shed its lining. If the levels are high, cramps often result.

17. Try Acupuncture: According to Chinese tradition, cramps can be caused by stagnant blood in the uterus. Acupuncture is thought to trigger several chemical reactions that increase blood flow and relieve contractions.

18. Reflexology Helps: Reflexologists believe that the foot represents a map of the entire body and that each body part is connected by a network of nerves corresponding to a point on the foot. A study of 18 women published in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1993 found that 83% of those treated with reflexology experienced at least a 30% reduction in their symptoms.

19. Do Crunches: The thought of sit-ups probably seems like torture, but working the abdominal muscles will reduce cramping by increasing blood flow.

20. Make Love: There haven't been official studies, but some women claim that an orgasm relieve cramps.

21. Oil Massage: Heat a teaspoon of almond oil, then add four drops of chamomile essential oil. Gently massage the combination on to your lower abdomen. Chamomile, an antispasmodic herb, calms cramps, while massage increases blood flow and the amount of oxygen pumped to your cells. (Never apply chamomile oil directly to the skin without mixing with a carrier oil like almond.)

For Breast Tenderness:
Before menstruation, glandular breast tissue enlarges, making breasts sore.

22. Vitamin E: Try taking 400 international units of vitamin E one or two times a day for three full cycles. If breast tenderness doesn't improve, stop the treatment. Caution: If you have heamorrhaging problems or are taking blood thinners or fish oil supplements, talk to your doctor before taking extra E. And don't exceed the recommended amount, since it can be toxic in high doses.

23. Natural Progesterone Cream: It's available at health food stores and some drugstores without a prescription. (A reliable brand to try is Progest.) Apply a quarter- to a half-teaspoon to the breasts twice a day. Start the treatment as soon as your breasts start to feel tender.

24. Turn On Cold Water: Heat causes blood vessels to dilate (the reason your skin gets pink) and contributes to breast swelling. For relief, wrap ice packs in towels and mold them around your breasts.

25. Eat Salmon: Salmon's omega-3 fatty acids aren't only heart smart; they're breast smart too. Some studies have found that essential fatty acids can reduce breast tenderness and lumpiness by regulating the hormone prolactin, which controls changes in fluid metabolism (and mood). Other good sources include tuna and sardines.

Ibu rasa this is the good tips that i can share with you. Ibu rasa sangat berguna.Ye la kalau sesapa yang PMS yang sangat teruk tu, pasti rasa macam nak nangis. Bukan nak nangis je.
Nak bangun pun tak boleh . Setuju tak ?

25 natural remedies make curing pre-menstrual symptoms as easy as (chocolate) pie.
For Bloating :
Increased levels of estrogen in the days before your periods can inhibit your ability to flush water out of your system.

1. Draw A Geranium Oil Bath: Geranium oil is said to balance hormones by acting on the adrenal glands, which produce corticosteroid hormones, active in everything from regulating sodium levels to influencing sexual development. The oil may also be a diuretic. Add five to eight drops to a warm bath. Never put any essential oil directly on your skin; many are extremely irritating.

2. Cut Down On Salt: Salt is a notorious promoter of water retention. Steer clear of sodium-rich packaged foods (anything over 350 milligrams per serving is considered high) and reduce the salt you use while cooking. Instead you can boost your food's flavour by using herbs.

3. Sip Dandelion Leaf Tea: Dandelion leaf is a natural diuretic. Steep a quarter-cup of dried leaves (available in health food stores) in a jug of water. Start sipping two to three cups a day as soon as you feel bloated. For a more potent tea, add two tablespoons of dried parsley, another diuretic. Keep leftover tea covered to retain its leaves' volatile essential oils.
4. Take Magnesium: Recent clinical trials have shown that magnesium helps reduce water retention, though no one's quite sure why. You can find it in whole grains, nuts, avocados and green vegetables, or take a 200 mg supplement daily.

5. Drink Water: When you're retaining water, drinking more might seem like the last thing you want to do. In fact it should be the first. Water is a diuretic, so it will stimulate your body to excrete the excess. Also, if you're dehydrated, your body will retain whatever fluid is available, making bloating worse. Be sure to drink six to eight glasses every day.

6. Get A Massage: The lymph system helps maintain the correct fluid balance in the body. Have a massage therapist or your partner knead your neck, armpits, groin, backs of your knees and insides of your elbows (where lymph nodes are located) with a gentle pumping motion. Caution: Don't do this if your glands are swollen.

For Aches and Pains: Premenstrual backaches and headaches are often the result of fluctuations in prostaglandins, hormone like fatty acids that can constrict blood vessels and cause pain.

7. Drink Milk: A study published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology found that women who consumed 1,200 mg of calcium carbonate supplements a day experienced a 54% reduction in general aches and pains, while those who took a placebo experienced an increase in discomfort.

8. Do Yoga: For lower back pain, try the child pose. Kneel on the floor, separating your knees slightly, and sit back on your heels. Place a rolled towel across the tops of your thighs, then lean forward and rest your forehead gently on floor. Relax your arms alongside your body, palms facing the ceiling. Hold for at least 30 seconds, breathing deeply.

9. Heat Helps: It's the oldest remedy in the world, probably because it works. If you don't have a heating pad, warm a damp kitchen towel in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds and place it in a sealable plastic bag.

10. Sleep Tight: A good night's sleep is extra important when you're coping with premenstrual aches. Your pain threshold is lower when you're tired, so aim for eight hours a night.

For Emotional Turmoil: A premenstrual ebb in estrogen prompts a drop in your level of serotonin, the brain chemical responsible for feelings of cheer and well-being.

11. Take B Complex: Choose brown rice, the eight B-complex vitamins in brown rice work together to help metabolise glucose and stabilise brain chemistry. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is especially important in alleviating mood swings, because it plays a role in the production of tryptophan, which in turn helps the body produce serotonin. Try to get 50 mg to 200 mg of B6 a day for two weeks prior to your period; it's also found in lean meats, chicken and bananas. Don't exceed 200 mg a day, since excessive intake can cause nerve damage.

12. Eat Frequently: Eating small meals packed with complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, fruits and legumes will balance your blood sugar levels as well as your emotions.

13. Work Out: Several studies have shown that women who do aerobic exercise regularly have fewer and less severe PMS symptoms.

14. Evening Primrose Oil: Some studies have found that evening primrose oil packed with prostaglandin-regulating gamma-linoleic acid reduces mood swings, fluid retention, breast tenderness and cramps. Experts recommend taking 500 mg to 1,500 mg twice a day throughout the month, depending on the symptoms.

15. Let There Be Light: A 1997 preliminary study published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology found that sufferers of severe PMS who were exposed to flickering red lights experienced a 76% reduction in symptoms, though scientists aren't sure exactly why.

16. Take A Chocolate: Certain chemicals in chocolate stimulate the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter in the brain that helps you cheer up.

Forward email yang saya terima hari ini : KHAS UNTUK ISTERI

Hargailah isteri anda....... Mulianya seorang isteri disisi Allah.... Dan betapa berharganya wanita yang bergelar isteri ini pada keluarga, suami dan anak-anak Rugi dan binasalah suami-suami yang tidak menghargai isteri mereka kerana isteri inilah yang akan membantu mereka di akhirat kelak. Biarlah buruk mana isteri anda, sayangilah mereka....... Beruntungnya seorang wanita yg ada rahim ini ialah dia bekerja dengan Tuhan.... jadi 'kilang ' manusia. Tiap-tiap bulan dia diberi cuti bergaji penuh... 7 sehingga 15 hari sebulan dia tak wajib sembahyang tetapi Allah anggap diwaktu itu sembahyang terbaik darinya.. Cuti bersalin juga sehingga 60 hari , Bila dah bersalin tu, susukanlah anak..jgn takut "kendur" atau menggelebeh pulak.. Si suami pulak, jgn la berebut dgn anak utk menyusu pulak. Cuti ini bukan cuti suka hati tapi cuti yang Allah beri sebab dia bekerja dengan Allah, Tapi bila dah habis cuti tu.. layan lah suami.."offer" lah pada suami , Nabi bersabda : berjimak dgn isteri itu pahala ...jangan buat deekkk jeee, Jangan buat alasan itu dan ini pulak..ingat tu si isteri yee!!! Kata nak pahala lebih Orang lelaki tak ada cuti dari sembahyang.... sembahyang wajib baginya dari baligh sehingga habis nyawanya.. Satu lagi berita gembira untuk wanita, Sepanjang dia mengandung Allah sentiasa mengampunkan dosanya, Lahir saja bayi seluruh dosanya habis. Inilah nikmat Tuhan beri kepada wanita, jadi kenapa perlu takut nak beranak? Marilah kita pegang kepada tali Allah. Seandainya wanita itu mati sewaktu bersalin, itu dianggap mati syahid, Allah izinkan terus masuk Syurga. Untuk orang bukan Islam, dia tak dapat masuk Syurga tapi Allah beri kelonggaran siksa kubur. Untuk peringatan semua wanita yang bersuami seluruh kebaikan suaminya, semuanya isteri dapat pahala tetapi dosa-dosa suami dia tak tanggung. Di akhirat nanti seorang wanita solehah akan terperanjat dengan pahala extra yang banyak dia terima diatas segala kebaikan suaminya yang tak disedari. Contohnya bila dia redho suaminya pergi berjemaah di masjid atau ke majlis ilmu, bersedekah.. ganjaran Allah keatasnya jua. Bila dia lihat suaminya tengah terhegeh-hegeh di titian Sirat dia tak nak masuk syuga tanpa suaminya, jadi dia pun memberi pahalanya kepada suami untuk lepas masuk syurga. Di dunia lagi, kalau suami dalam kesusahan isteri boleh bantu tambah lagi di akhirat. Kalau seorang isteri asyik merungut, mulut selalu muncung terhadap suami dia tak akan dapat pahala extra ini. Manakala suami pula mempunyai tugas-tugas berat di dalam dan di luar rumah, segala dosa-dosa anak isteri yang tak dididik dia akan tanggung ditambah lagi dengan dosa-dosa yang lain. Dinasihatkan kepada semua wanita supaya faham akan syariat Allah agar tidak derhaka denganNya. Sesungguhnya wanita dijadikan daripada rusuk kiri lelaki.. Dia bukan dicipta dari kepala ke kaki,juga bukan dari tapak kaki.. Dia dicipta dari sebelah rusuk kiri lelaki supaya dia hampir kepada kamu(lelaki), lengan lelaki dicipta untuk mempertahankan wanita, dekat dengan hati lelaki untuk disayangi. Woman was made from the rib of man, She was not created from his head to top him, Nor from his feet to be stepped upon, She was made from his side to be close to him, From beneath his arm to be protected by him, Near his heart to be loved by him. "Wahai Tuhan... ku tak layak ke syurgaMu ... namun tak pula aku sanggup ke nerakaMu... kamilah hamba yang mengharap belas dariMu ..... "Ya Allah... jadikanlah kami hamba2 Mu yang bertaqwa ... ampunkan dosa2 kami, kedua ibubapa kami, dosa semua umat2 islam yang masih hidup mahupun yang telah meninggal dunia"...... Kubur itu gelap, cahayanya ialah Laa Ilaaha IllalLah.. Jika diletakkan langit dan bumi di sebelah dacing, dan kalimah ini di sebelah yang satu lagi, pasti lebih berat lagi nilai kalimah 'Laa ilaaha illalLah' ini. Rasulullah saw bersabda (mafhumnya) : "Wahai manusia! Ucaplah 'Laa ilaaha illalLah', kamu pasti berjaya!" Marilah kita ucapkan kalimah ini: "Laa ilaaha illallah!" x 10 Setelah ucapkannya sebanyak 10 kali, panjangkan/fowardkan email ini kepada sekurang- kurangnya 10 orang rakan-rakan anda.. Bayangkan betapa besarnya pahala yang Allah sediakan, hanya untuk usaha kita yang sedikit ini Wallahua'alam......
